We provide networking and professional development opportunities to our members, continuing a legacy of support that began when Milbank was the first NYC firm to offer health benefits to same-sex partners. Highlights include:
- Received a perfect score in the 2018 HRC Corporate Equality Index Best Places to Work Survey–for the sixth consecutive year.
- Worked with student organizations such as Outlaw and sponsored career fairs, including Lavender Law.
- Hosted speakers in the NY and LA offices to discuss progress and setbacks on the road to marriage equality.
- Hosted a CLE broadcast to multiple offices on transgender legal rights.
