With 20+ years of experience as a lawyer, business executive, and DEI leader, Mikeisha earlier served as Vice President in various roles at American Express. Previously, she held increasingly advanced GC roles in-house at Cardinal Health and Catalent Pharma Solutions, was an Associate at Reed Smith LLP and Lowenstein Sandler PC, and served as a Judicial Clerk.
She is a State Bar Foundation Trustee and frequently speaks on career development and inclusion. Mikeisha has received various accolades, including being named one of Savoy Magazine's Most Influential Executives in D+I, Women of Color Magazine’s Women in Finance Diversity Champion, Face2Face Africa’s 30 Black Stars, and the National Diversity Council’s Top 100 Diversity Officers. Her writing has most recently been featured in Bloomberg Law.
Mikeisha earned her A.B. from Smith College and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
