Primary Focus & Experience
Adrian’s structured finance practice covers securitisations across multiple asset classes (including CLOs), derivatives, regulatory work and other structured lending transactions.
Adrian regularly represents managers and arrangers on European CLO transactions. His derivatives experience includes acting for hedge providers and borrowers on loan-linked hedging transactions and advising parties investing in significant risk transfer transactions. He also regularly advises managers, lenders and borrowers on the structuring and negotiation of private direct lending transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Adrian qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales at another international law firm and completed a client secondment to a major investment bank.
Adrian is fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and Spanish.
