Milbank LLP advised investment funds affiliated with Vision Ridge Partners in connection with a $250 million equity commitment round conducted by VEMO, a company focused on the clean mobility transition in Mexico.
VEMO operates a vertically integrated, clean mobility platform that combines electric vehicles (EVs), charging infrastructure and fleet technology to help support Mexico’s public EV charging network. VEMO will use the capital to advance its deployment of public charging infrastructure and EVs across Mexico, as well as to further develop its tech-enabled EV fleet management solutions.
