M&A, Finance and Restructuring—we possess a deep understanding of the compensation and benefits aspects of all forms of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, financings and restructurings. In addition we provide advice on post-transaction arrangements for the board and management.

Fiduciary Responsibility—we counsel clients regarding all aspects of investment by benefit plans, including designing arrangements to be compliant with the fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transaction rules of ERISA.

Employee Benefit Arrangements – we advise clients on all aspects of plan design and compliance related to pension and welfare benefit plans and advise regarding litigation involving these arrangements.
