Shepard Liu, partner in the Global Project Finance Group, resident in the firm’s Beijing office, spoke at the 2014 Annual Conference of the Finance Committee of the Shanxi Bar Association in China on August 23, 2014. The theme of the conference will be "Practicing Law by Finance Lawyers under the Current Economic Conditions." Sponsored by the Shanxi Bar Association, among others, and hosted by the Finance, Securities and Insurance Special Committees of the Shanxi Bar Association, the conference has over 80 registered attendees from banks, companies, international law firms and local law firms. Shepard will deliver a presentation titled “International Project Finance in China.”
