We have been active in China for over two decades, serving both international and Chinese clients in a wide range of cross-border deals and financings, including capital markets (ECM and DCM), mergers and acquisitions/private equity (inbound and outbound), and all types of financing (including projects, banking, acquisition and transportation) and restructuring. This work led to the opening of our Beijing office in 2006, and since then we have continued to expand the range of work we handle for clients both in inbound as well as outbound investments in China.
All lawyers on the China team are graduates of top international law schools and fluent in written and spoken Chinese.
