John Dewar, partner in Milbank’s Global Project Finance Group and editor of the book, said “After the tremendous success of the First Edition, we were honoured to be invited by Oxford University Press to write the Second Edition of the book which has become widely consulted by both industry stakeholders and practitioners in the Global Project Finance market.”

Rachel Mullaly, Senior Commissioning Editor from Oxford University Press, said “OUP are delighted to have published the second edition of this leading authority on project financing which will continue to provide guidance on the legal and practical issues relevant to international projects. Working with John Dewar and a team of expert contributors in the field has been a pleasure, and we are looking forward to continuing our association with John and his team at Milbank.
