Suhrud Mehta is a member of the Firm's Global Executive Committee and Co-Head of its Global Leveraged Finance Group.

Widely regarded as one of the leading figures in the European leveraged finance market, he advises on some of the most innovative, complex and significant financing transactions globally. Over more than two decades, he has been at the forefront of the evolution of the leveraged finance market, advising on numerous market-defining and first-of-their-kind transactions involving sophisticated capital structures and cross-border execution.

Primary Focus & Experience

Suhrud works with leading investment banks, direct lenders and private equity firms on leveraged finance and restructuring transactions, with a particular focus on complex, multi-tiered capital structures.

He has advised on some of the most significant cross-border, public-to-private, leveraged, infrastructure and investment grade financings in the London and European markets.
