Milbank LLP is advising the lenders to KKR in connection with EDF’s agreement to sell EDF Power Solutions in the United States and Canada. Under the agreement, subject to necessary regulatory and other approvals and closing conditions, KKR will acquire the operations and assets of EDF Power Solutions in the United States and Canada.
EDF Power Solutions develops, builds and operates renewable powerplants, storage assets, smart EV charging and microgrids. The company operates a portfolio of renewable assets for a total net capacity of 5.6 GW across the United States and Canada.
