Milbank has one of the longest tenures of any US law firm doing business in Latin America, with a particular focus on Mexico, including having recently advised on the $1.265 billion acquisition of InterGen’s Mexican portfolio, the 907 MW Norte III project, the Neptuno and Atlantis offshore vessels and over $15 billion of other financings in the renewable power, pipeline, oil/gas and transportation infrastructure sectors; along with transactions across a number of substantive areas of law including Capital Markets, Financial Restructuring and M&A.
