Milbank LLP represented Applied Digital Corporation (Nasdaq: APLD), a designer, builder and operator of next-generation digital infrastructure designed for High-Performance Computing (“HPC”) applications, in its recently announced private financing from CIM Group of up to $200 million to help build out its HPC campus in Ellendale, North Dakota.
