Milbank LLP represented Skyloom Global Corp., a US-based space technology company specializing in optical communications solutions, in connection with its sale to IonQ, Inc (NYSE: IONQ), the world’s leading quantum company.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
