Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Melton earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law, where he was an editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and his B.A., with honors, in Political Science from the Virginia Military Institute. He published “Commodity Futures Trading Commission: The Correct Regulator for the Virtual Currency Spot Market,” University of Chicago Business Law Review (Fall 2022). Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Melton served as an officer in the US Army and was deployed to the Middle East.
