Milbank LLP advised lenders to Naturion on its inaugural financing for the development and expansion of wetland and stream mitigation banks across the United States.
Naturion is a market leader in the wetland and stream mitigation industry. It builds and operates environmental infrastructure projects that restore degraded streams and wetlands and generate compensatory credits to allow infrastructure developers to offset environmental impacts.
