Primary Focus & Experience

Farvah has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience in infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings, acting for both infrastructure sponsors and finance providers. 

In 2023, Farvah spent 6 months on secondment with Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (Europe) Limited. 

Farvah’s experience includes:

•   Lenders in connection with Brookfield Asset Management’s up to $5 billion strategic partnership with Bloom Energy to implement a reimagined future for AI infrastructure.
•  Bristol Airport on the refinancing of its bank facilities*
•  VTTI, a global leader in independent energy that now develops the critical energy infrastructure needed to move towards a carbon neutral future, on its US$1.7 billion refinancing*
•   GETEC, a leading partner for smart, efficient and sustainable energy infrastructure solutions to the industrial and real estate sectors in Europe, on its €3.1 billion refinancing under common terms investment-grade platform with longer and diversified tenors, offering GETEC a flexible structure to support its expansion in both existing and new markets*
•  Existing and incoming Funders in connection with the €2.6 billion refinancing of Ventient Energy, Europe's largest operator of onshore wind farms, including establishment of a new multi-creditor common terms platform*
•  Funders to a joint venture of DWS and MEAG on their acquisition of Weltec, a German biogas business*
•  Farnborough Airport on its refinancing*
