Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Lawyers Contribute to the 8^th Edition of ICLG: Project Finance 2019 

Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Partner John Dewar recently acted as Contributing Editor for the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Project Finance 2019 published by ICLG. The guide covers common issues in international project finance law and practice, including local market frameworks and developments, corporate, banking, security, bankruptcy, insurance, arbitration and other relevant issues, in 31 jurisdictions, with four expert analysis chapters, including "Why the World Needs Project Finance (and Project Finance Lawyers…)" authored by Mr. Dewar.

In addition, Mr. Dewar and associate Munib Hussain co-authored the England & Wales Chapter, with partner Dan Michalchuk and special counsel Richard Hillman co-authoring the USA Chapter.
