Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure partner John Dewar recently acted as Contributing Editor for the International Comparative Legal Guide to Project Finance 2022 published by ICLG. The guide covers common issues in international project finance law and practice, including local market frameworks and developments, corporate, banking, security, bankruptcy, insurance, arbitration and other relevant issues, in 24 jurisdictions with two expert analysis chapters, including “Why the World Needs Project Bonds (and Project Finance Lawyers...)" authored by John Dewar.
