Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure partner John Dewar recently acted as Contributing Editor for the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Project Finance 2021 published by ICLG. The guide covers common issues in international project finance law and practice, including local market frameworks and developments, corporate, banking, security, bankruptcy, insurance, arbitration and other relevant issues, in 31 jurisdictions with four expert analysis chapters, including “Why the World Needs Project Finance (and Project Finance Lawyers…)" authored by John Dewar.
In addition, John Dewar and special counsel Munib Hussain co-authored the England & Wales Chapter, with partner Dan Michalchuk and special counsel Richard Hillman co-authoring the USA Chapter.
