Members of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and the Recruiting Committee work together closely to expand our outreach to minority candidates and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Key initiatives include:

  • Expanding outreach to minority and LGBTQ+ student organizations and getting our affinity group members involved in our recruiting efforts.
  • Designing a vibrant summer program that features social gatherings and learning opportunities that appeal to summer associates with a wide array of interests.
