In 1992, Milbank was one of the first major law firms to establish a Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee continues to focus on recruiting attorneys from groups that have been traditionally under-represented in large law firms and on helping them thrive within Milbank.
The firm’s Associate Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Dennis Quinio (dquinio@milbank.com), collaborates closely with the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Women’s Initiative Committees, and other key firm stakeholders, in efforts to foster inclusion at Milbank and to support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse and women lawyers.
