Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Eid’s practice focuses on securitization, debt capital markets, private placements and structured finance lending transactions. Mr. Eid represents underwriters, issuers, lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other financial institutions in a wide range of capital markets, lending and acquisition financings, including public and private secured and unsecured note offerings and credit facilities.

Mr. Eid is highly experienced in a broad range of complex securitization transactions, particularly in the whole business, media royalty and digital infrastructure spaces. Select examples of clients that Mr. Eid has represented include Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Dine Brands and Five Guys.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Eid has been ranked in Chambers as a leading attorney in Capital Markets: Securitization: Whole Business for three years in a row.

Mr. Eid graduated from University of Cambridge, Trinity College, and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales before being admitted to the New York bar.
