Milbank Alternative Investments partner Kathryn (Katie) Weiss is speaking on a panel session titled "Sector Speed Dating: Whole Business Securitization" on February 27, 2024 during the SFVegas 2024 conference. Ms. Weiss, along with speakers from Guggenheim Securities and KBRA, will discuss current market considerations and structural developments in whole business securitizations as well as growth and uses outside of restaurant financing.
Ms. Weiss, who was shortlisted as 2023 “TMT Lawyer of the Year” at the TMT M&A USA Awards, focuses on securitization, capital markets and specialty finance. She is highly experienced in complex securitizations, with particular experience on digital infrastructure and whole business transactions.
SFVegas 2024, hosted by the Structured Finance Association (SFA) in Las Vegas, Nevada, is the largest capital markets conference in the world. The conference brings together market participants including investors, issuers, financial intermediaries, regulators, law firms, accounting firms, technology firms, rating agencies, services and trustees.
