Eugenia Repetto

Primary Focus & Experience

Eugenia focuses mainly on international capital markets and finance transactions, including high yield bonds, equity capital markets, and cross-border securities offerings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. She advises and represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters.

Prior to joining Milbank, Eugenia worked in the Banking & Finance department of Chiomenti in Milan, where she advised Italian and international clients (including corporate groups, banks, and investment funds) in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of national and cross-border acquisition, real estate and project finance transactions.
