Milbank Advises Globalworth on Its Tender Offers

Milbank LLP advised Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (“Globalworth”) in connection with its tender offers for its outstanding €550 million notes due 2025 and €400 million notes due 2026.

Globalworth is an AIM-listed company active in Central and Eastern Europe (“CEE”). It has become the preeminent office investor in the CEE real estate market through its market-leading positions both in Poland and Romania. Globalworth acquires, develops and directly manages high-quality office and logistics/light-industrial real estate assets in prime locations, generating rental income from high-quality tenants from around the globe.
