Primary Focus & Experience
Elisabeth's practice covers all aspects of national and international tax law. She focuses on corporate tax law with a particular focus on corporate reorganizations, tax audits and transactional tax advice.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Elisabeth studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. As part of her training, she gained practical experience at various international law firms in Munich and London.
Prior to joining Milbank, she worked as a teaching assistant in the area of tax and public law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
Elisabeth Wöhrle is author of various publications in the area of national and international tax law, including the commentaries Frotscher/Drüen, KStG/GewStG/UmwStG and Mann/Staats, BeckOK AStG.
She is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English, Spanish and French.
