Milbank Partner Allan Marks Discusses ESG & Sustainability in Debt Capital Markets, Investment Policies and Regulatory Trends at ACIC’s 2022 Fall Annual Meeting

Milbank LLP Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance partner Allan Marks spoke on the panel “Good Will Hunting: ESG” at The American College of Investment Counsel’s (ACIC) 2022 Fall Annual Meeting and Education Conference on October 21, 2022 in Boston. ACIC members are lawyers who specialize in major institutional investment financing.

Mr. Marks and his co-panelists, who included moderator Brenda Page from The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., Liz Thorne from SLC Management, and Sukhvir Basran from Hogan Lovells, shared insights into ESG considerations for issuers and investors in debt capital markets and private placements.
