Milbank LLP Trusts & Estates associate Katie Lynagh will speak on a Human Trafficking Legal Center webinar aimed at connecting human trafficking survivors with pro bono counsel to draft wills. The November 8 presentation is part of the center’s Know Your Rights series for human trafficking survivors.

The webinar will address a range of crucial questions for trafficking survivors as they plan for the future, including the need for a will; how a will can protect a survivor and a survivor’s family; what can be included in the provisions of a will; and other beneficial end-of-life documents.

Ms. Lynagh focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration for individuals, families and fiduciaries. She advises individuals and their families on domestic and international estate planning, including gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
