Milbank Advises on Debt Financing of Lone Star’s Dual Acquisition of RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals Businesses and DOMO Engineered Materials

Milbank LLP advised on the debt financing of Lone Star’s dual acquisition and future combination of RadiciGroup’s high performance polymers and specialty chemicals business areas, and DOMO Engineered Materials, a business division of DOMO Group. The combination of these two established platforms will form a global, independent tier-1 compounder.
