Jeff Meyers is special counsel in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Direct Lending and Specialty Finance Practice.

Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Meyer’s practice focuses on representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He has worked for a variety of clients on matters involving secured lending, asset-based loans and structured investments. Recent areas of particular focus include alternative asset manager financing solutions and structured transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Meyers earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School, where he also served as the Legal Scholarship Editor of the New York Law School Law Review, a Harlan Scholar affiliated with the Center for Business and Financial Law and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. He is a recipient of the Professor Albert Kalter Award for Excellence in Tax Law. He received his B.A. from Skidmore College.
