Milbank LLP advised Attestor, Oaktree Capital Management and Sachem Head Capital Management as lead investors in a $400 million equity private placement into Ionic Digital, a digital infrastructure company supporting the expanding needs of AI and high-performance computing. The transaction implies a pre-money equity valuation of $2 billion.
