Lauren Hanrahan and Suhrud Mehta Contribute to ICLG: Lending & Secured Finance 2019

Global Leveraged Finance partners Lauren Hanrahan and Suhrud Mehta recently co-authored a chapter in The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Lending & Secured Finance 2019. The guide provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive cross-border legal analysis of the laws and regulations of lending and secured finance.

The chapter, titled “A Comparative Overview of Transatlantic Intercreditor Agreements,” compares and contrasts the key terms in US second lien and European second lien intercreditors and discusses the blended approach taken in some recent intercreditor agreements for financings of European companies in the US syndicated bank loan markets.
