Primary Focus & Experience
Tom has advised both lenders and sponsors on international projects and financings. His recent experience includes:
- BIC, Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and commercial and Islamic banks as the lenders in connection with the financial completion of, and the Sponsor joint revolving loans and facility agreements of US$2 billion for, the Rabigh Phase 2 Project, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- the lenders in the €2.5 billion NorthVolt Battery Manufacturing Project in Sweden.
- Standard Microgrid in securing operating rights to provide electricity to rural communities utilising output excesses from the Chitumba solar milling plant in Chongwe, Zambia.
