Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Morgan has represented institutions from diverse industry sectors in an array of disputes—including those related to antitrust, market manipulation, securities fraud, business torts, intellectual property, natural resource damage, and products liability—in courts across the country, as well as internationally. Mr. Morgan has also represented several institutions and individuals in connection with regulatory and criminal investigations and proceedings.
