Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Elraheb’s recent transactions include the representation of:
- Financial institutions in connection with a $900 million tax equity financing of and a purchase of $2.6 billion of ITCs from a 1,150 MW PV generating facility with a co-located 1,150 MW battery energy storage system in California.
- A financial institution in connection with a $500 million tax equity financing for a 715 MW offshore wind project.
- Lenders in connection with a $2.5 billion term loan financing and a $1.65 billion bridge loan financing of a 3,500 MW wind project in New Mexico.
- A financial institution in the $650 million sale of its entire tax equity portfolio.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Elraheb received the Gregory W. Goff Award for highest achievement in the tax law curriculum at Loyola Law School. He also externed at the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Elraheb has been a certified public accountant (currently inactive) in California since 2007.
