Miles Flynn is a partner in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group.

Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Flynn advises leading investment banks, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors on complex real estate finance matters in the UK and across Europe. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in advising lenders (senior and mezzanine) and borrowers on investment and development finance transactions across a wide range of real estate asset classes.
He also has extensive experience in loan-on-loan and other back leverage transactions acting for borrowers and lenders. He has advised clients on the restructuring and enforcement of real estate loans and has a longstanding track record advising arrangers, servicers and noteholders on European CMBS transactions.
Mr. Flynn’s recent transactions include:
- Advised Arini as lender on a £186 million facility for Goldman Sachs backed Riverstone Living.*
- Advised Oaktree Capital Management as borrower on a €200 million loan-on-loan facility from J.P. Morgan to support Xenia Capital.*
- Advised DRC Savills Investment Management as lender on the refinancing and capex facility for the redevelopment of Fitzroy House.*
- Advised Henderson Park as borrower on the refinancing of a portfolio of 13 hotels.*
