Milbank LLP advised DRC Savills Investment Management as lender for the financing and redevelopment of 10 Old Burlington Street, a prime office located in London’s Mayfair. RDM Capital acted as sole arranger of finance between TPG-Angelo Gordon, Beltane Asset Management and DRC Savills Investment Management. The asset, currently let to Millenium Capital Management, will be fully redeveloped into best-in-class Grade A offices.
