Jack Ingamells

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Ingamells advises clients on complex cross-border real estate finance transactions, including investment and development loans, loan-on-loan facilities and loan repurchase transactions. He represents a global roster of clients, including major international banks, investment funds, sponsors, arrangers and agents. His experience also includes advising lenders and funds on subscription lines, NAV facilities and other borrowing base facilities. 

Mr. Ingamells’ recent transactions include: 

• Advised Arini Capital Management on a £186 million refinancing capital solution for Goldman Sachs-Backed Riverstone Living.*
• Advised Henderson Park in connection with the refinancing of a portfolio of 13 hotels across England, Scotland and Ireland, with a portfolio value of over £850 million.*
• Advised TPG Angelo Gordon on the first Islamic finance transaction for its Net Lease Real Estate Europe team.*
• Advised an asset manager in respect of a subscription line facility for its $2 billion data centre fund.*
• Advised an investment manager in relation to a subscription line facility for its $300 million export finance fund.*
