Milbank’s Structured Credit and Real Estate Finance Teams Are Patron Sponsors for 30th Anniversary Global ABS 2026.

Milbank LLP Real Estate partner Miles Flynn will speak at the annual Global ABS conference on Tuesday, June 9, in Barcelona. Miles will join the panel “Back on the Market? CRE & CMBS Market Outlook,” exploring whether renewed issuance and investor demand signal a sustainable recovery or a short-term repricing. The discussion will also examine asset-level performance, valuation assumptions and related considerations. 

Kristine Kozicki, special counsel in Milbank’s Alternative Investment Practice, will also participate in the conference, speaking on the panel “The Managers’ Playbook: CLO Manager Perspectives.” Kristine will discuss portfolio construction, credit selection and risk management, including how managers are navigating higher funding costs, among other topics.
