Mr. Blount earned his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he was an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal, and received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Blount served honorably as a 2nd Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy Reserves as part of the Navy’s Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces.
