Christopher Smith is an associate in the London office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Christopher has experience acting for banks, credit funds and other financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers on a range of complex banking and financing transactions, including acquisition financing, re-financings and general corporate and capital facilities across a number of industry sections.
