Caroline advises clients on cross border, contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. Prior to joining the Financial Restructuring Group in London, Caroline spent time as an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group in New York, where her practice focused on white collar defense and related internal and regulatory investigations.
