Ms. Ortiz’s practice focuses on the representation of project sponsors and financial institutions on a range of US and cross-border project financings.
Her recent representations include:
- Represented the lenders in connection with the financing of EnfraGen, LLC’s acquisition of six assets in Panama and Costa Rica with a combined capacity of 188 megawatts of renewable energy from Celsia S.A.

Audrey Ortiz earned her juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Article Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Art History from Colgate University.
