Milbank, Tweed Hadley & McCloy proudly hosted a special event with Singapore’s Senior Minister of State for Law and Finance, Ms. Indranee Rajah S.C., focused on discussing recently passed reforms to Singapore’s restructuring and insolvency laws.
Ms. Rajah, along with several senior members of the Singapore legal community, joined David Zemans (Managing Partner of Milbank’s Asia Practice and Singapore office) and Tyson Lomazow (New York Financial Restructuring partner) at the Yale Club of New York City in leading this high-level roundtable discussion with clients and colleagues.
Among a panel of Financial Restructuring experts, topics included the application of the reforms and the potential enhancement of Singapore as a center for international debt restructuring in Asia.
