Financial Restructuring partner Nelly Almeida will speak on a panel titled: “Insolvency And Restructuring Update” at the virtual Stout Summit on October 27, 2020.
The panel is designed to provide an insolvency and restructuring update in the time of COVID-19, including sectors impacted, notable filings, and issues on the horizon. Panelists will review several bankruptcy filings that have characterized the first phase of the pandemic in the United States.
