Milbank Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits partner Joel I. Krasnow will speak on a panel titled “Guiding Clients Through Bankruptcy” at the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA) annual meeting on October 30 in San Antonio, Texas.
Panelists will discuss how consulting actuaries are able to guide clients through bankruptcies, including with respect to pension and healthcare plans and employee retention arrangements.
