Milbank LLP is serving as antitrust counsel to global technology company SLB (NYSE: SLB) in connection with its acquisition of Kelvion, a global provider of thermal management and heat exchange technologies. The acquisition strengthens SLB's Data Center Solutions business with critical thermal management technologies and expands the company's role in data center infrastructure, which is one of the world’s fastest-growing industrial and technology markets.
