Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Tyler focuses her practice on all aspects of civil and criminal antitrust law, including merger and non-merger investigations, litigation, and antitrust compliance. She has experience representing clients before the DOJ, FTC and state enforcers and has represented clients across a wide range of industries.
Ms. Tyler also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on enforcing federal and state constitutional rights. She also maintains a leadership role in the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Section.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Tyler received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her B.A. from Stanford University. She previously clerked for the Honorable Alvin K. Hellerstein, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
