Milbank LLP Global Leveraged Finance partners Michael Bellucci, Kamal Nesfield and Spencer Pepper will present "Understanding the Credit Agreement" at Milbank’s Hudson Yards office from July 11–13, 2023 during the Loan Syndications and Trading Association’s (LSTA) Summer Series program.
Over three afternoons, Mr. Bellucci, Mr. Nesfield and Mr. Pepper will break down the basics of a credit agreement, including types of credit facilities, amortization and maturity and interest and fees; typical representations, warranties and conditions precedent, covenants and the role of the administrative agent; and events of default voting, amendments and pro rate provisions and assignments and participation.
