Mr. Pepper’s represents banks, direct lenders and borrowers in a broad range of lending transactions. He has experience advising clients in domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, recapitalizations, mezzanine financings and debt restructurings.

Mr. Pepper co-authored “US Bank Regulatory Agencies Issue Final Guidance on Leveraged Lending Practices: High-Level Considerations for Financial Institutions,” Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law, June 2013.
